Dear Parents,

            The special day for your child to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation is Saturday, February 9 at 11:00 AM in Regina Pacis Church.

            We, of St. Rosalia – Regina Pacis Parish, wish to make this a special family celebration. The children will be seated with their parents in the front pews. Your child’s religion teachers will be in Church to direct the children and you to your seat and direct the children to the priests when it is time to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

            After receiving the Sacrament, your child will kneel at the altar rail to pray his/her penance. The children will then approach their teacher to receive their button, holy card, and their picture with a lamb. You, the parent, will join your child at the altar rail, place their reconciliation pin on your child’s garment and assist them in placing their personal lamb on our Reconciliation board.

After all the children receive the sacrament, you are cordially welcomed to join together in Regina Center for a light breakfast.
